Website enquiry privacy

When sending is enabled, the form sends your name, company, email, product requirements and any optional details you provide to admin@ferson.co through Resend. FERSON uses these details to respond and discuss your project.

If the form displays TEST MODE, entries are checked in your browser only and are not sent. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

The website runs on Vercel. Enabled enquiries pass through Resend and the receiving Google Workspace mailbox; these services may process data outside your country. The application does not add enquiries to a separate database or log their contents. Email copies may remain with the delivery service and receiving mailbox.

This website includes no advertising pixels or marketing subscriptions. Hosting services process request information to operate and protect the website.

Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents or payment card information. For questions about your enquiry data, including access, correction, deletion or retention, contact admin@ferson.co.
